Job Description

Job Responsibilities



1. Administrative Services & Facility Management



Manage day-to-day administrative operations in Malaysia, including welcoming visitors, responding to employee service requests, and supervising cleaning services to maintain a professional environment. Ensure physical security compliance with ISO27001 standards. Coordinate with landlords and property managers to ensure smooth operations. Manage office supplies budgets and carry out cost-effective procurement.

2. Support for Chinese Employees



Provide end-to-end support for employees relocating from China to Malaysia, including handling EP visa applications, arranging accommodation or hotels, and offering logistical assistance. Address living-related concerns to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience.

3. Government Relations Support



Prepare and submit documentation for government authorities and respond to official requests. Research relevant policies to help the company access incentives. Represent the company in interactions with government officials to maintain strong corporate relations.

4. Office Expansion Assistance



Support office expansion projects in Malaysia by researching suitable locations, sourcing and coordinating with vendors, and overseeing office setup. Provide support to service teams during relocation and move-in.

Qualifications & Requirements



Educational Background



Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Knowledge & Skills



Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).

Languages



Strong command of English and Chinese (verbal).

Work Experience



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or administration; experience in government affairs is an advantage. Strong project management skills, including vendor management, office renovation, and expansion projects.

Soft Skills



Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Service-oriented mindset.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Office location: Hampshire Place Office, Suite A-5-01 & 02, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
