Responsibilities
Organize and carry out operations and administrative projects and processed for the company
Handle email and phone calls, answering clients\' enquiries
General administrative work
Logging orders/service requests into the system
Assist manager of various functions and responsible for handling full spectrum of sorting and document filing
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address basic service issues.
Communicate with suppliers, distributors, and shipping companies to ensure timely product delivery.
Performs other related duties as assigned
