Responsibilities
  • Organize and carry out operations and administrative projects and processed for the company
  • Handle email and phone calls, answering clients\' enquiries
  • General administrative work
  • Logging orders/service requests into the system
  • Assist manager of various functions and responsible for handling full spectrum of sorting and document filing
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address basic service issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers, distributors, and shipping companies to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
