Education and Experience:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and developing AI-driven software solutions, conducting research to implement state-of-the-art AI methodologies, and leading a small team of talented AI professionals.

Responsibilities

AI Development and Implementation:

Design, develop, and deploy robust AI systems that integrate seamlessly with our products. Optimize existing AI algorithms and systems for improved efficiency and performance. Stay updated with the latest AI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Research and Innovation:

Conduct research on new AI methodologies that can potentially enhance project outcomes. Evaluate and adapt new and emerging AI technologies and libraries. Publish findings and represent the company at industry conferences and seminars.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 AI engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, software development, and quality assurance to meet project objectives. Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI or machine learning roles, with a proven track record of successful projects. Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or another relevant programming language. Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI specialties. Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI deployment on these platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small technical team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,721.15 - RM28,324.08 per month
