Senior Analyst, Accounting & Accounts Payable

Job Description
As the Senior Analyst, Accounting & Accounts Payable, you will be responsible to manage the accounting activities, including adherence to financial policies (internal and external), statutory / tax requirements, lead month-end closing process and ensure coordination with the Shared Service Centre (SSC) for Treasury, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and General Ledger transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly close process and year-end activities, ensure accuracy of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
- Key point of contact within the cluster for coordination with the SSC on Treasury, Fixed Assets, A/P and General Ledger topics
- Prepare and ensure submission of statutory requirement and act as key point of contact with outsourced statutory agency in the cluster
- Coordinate internal and external audits as well as Strategic Operational Accounting Resources (SOAR) testing
- Implement and execute global insurance and tax strategies
- Provide finance support for administrative functions in the cluster including functionals, payments processing and non-inventory purchase orders
- Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s in Accounting or Finance, or business-related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Fixed Assets & Accounts Payable management
- Experience in using SAP software
