A Snapshot of Your Day:

In your role as Senior Analyst in Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible to perform the day-to-day operations related to accounts receivables.

How You\'ll Make an Impact:

\xe2\x97\x8f Your responsibilities include perform day-to-day operations related to accounts receivables, for example:

\xe2\x97\x8b Reconciliation of accounts (Customers & GL)

\xe2\x97\x8b Imaging and archiving

\xe2\x97\x8b Payment allocation - both manual and automated

\xe2\x97\x8b Performing approved subledger correction postings (e.g. managing/writing off of differences)

\xe2\x97\x8b Handling & processing of selected payment types, (e.g. cheques & bill of exchange)

\xe2\x97\x8b Proactively handling the resolution of unallocated / problem amounts

\xe2\x97\x8b Where applicable, maintain the existing automated payment allocation tools in use

\xe2\x97\x8b Where applicable, support the improvement in automated payment allocation

\xe2\x97\x8f Support the Accounts Receivable accounting team and partner with the AR Seniors and AR Team Leader to provide accurate books and records and comply with global processes/standards

\xe2\x97\x8f You will act as a competent contact person for various inquiries relating to your area of responsibility and advise your customer on (receivables) accounting issues.

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain, consult, and adhere to (local) AR policies.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strive to achieve documented SLA\'s, KPI\'s and quality measures. Perform reporting on these KPI\'s to the respective department heads as and when required.

\xe2\x97\x8f Execution of new accounting regulations and internal controls - with focus on Accounts Receivable

\xe2\x97\x8f You provide help and guidance to team members in need of assistance due to workload or lack of expertise issues.

\xe2\x97\x8f You act as a role model for process optimization, harmonization, automation, digitalization and standardization

\xe2\x97\x8f You demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

\xe2\x97\x8f Support quarterly and yearly external audit process by providing timely information and resolve queries from auditor qualitatively (if applicable for the assigned countries/legal entities)

\xe2\x97\x8f Proactively identify service delivery issues and take appropriate action, promote initiatives and use of best practices.

\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the overall Accounting Service Centre

What You Bring

\xe2\x97\x8f Accounting or credit management qualification (or similar)

\xe2\x97\x8f 2 plus years of experience in operational accounting, specifically accounts receivable activities

\xe2\x97\x8f Entrepreneurial mindset and eager to drive transformation

\xe2\x97\x8f People oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer service

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience of working in truly multicultural working environment

\xe2\x97\x8f Good understanding of business processes, in particular Accounts Receivable, in ERP landscape (e.g. SAP ).

\xe2\x97\x8f Your open and communicative nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile
