What you'll achieve

As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

You will:

Conduct preliminary studies of alternative business solutions and brainstorm with the team Assist on large projects and suggest innovative ideas Understand business implications of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive knowledge management initiatives Be responsible for large parts of projects when required

Essential Requirements

Fresh graduate to 3 years of experience Solid grasp of business processes and systems capabilities Proficiency in knowledge management applications and tools Decent experience with change management and networking with other teams

Desirable Requirements

Basic project management skills Bachelor's degree or Master's degree who graduated within 1 year.
