Responsibilities: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. Liaise with business users to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Support in budget planning for various projects. Assign tasks to different teams and assist with schedule management. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Support in coming up with high level technical design of the solution. Submitting requests and filing forms for various IT procedures. Job Requirements : Education Bachelor\'s degree in IT or other relevant discipline with CGPA 3 and above. Experience Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply Experience working on technical projects Technical skills SQL Microsoft Office/Project/Visio Special skills Knowledge in project management, from conception to delivery. Positive attitude Good communication and presentation skills. Good problem solving and analytical skills Strong skills in time management, planning and organizing Resourceful, independent and result oriented A good team player Language skills Fluent in spoken and written English is a must Can speak Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
