The role

We are looking to hire a FP&A Senior Analyst to lead multiple work streams within financial planning and analysis. This is a high visibility role where you will be primarily working with heads of departments. The role can be based in Indonesia or Malaysia.

Main responsibilities

• Work closely with business units to provide insightful and quality financial advice
• Lead preparation of managerial financial report and budget tracking, track business financial performance, and perform related financial analysis
• Lead budget control, reviewing project/contract applications for appropriateness and alignment with business needs
• Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks
• Support Business Plan process
• Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis

Requirements

• 4-6 years of FP&A or related work experience
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and making presentations
• Highly analytical and commercial
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead discussions cross functionally
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Bonus: past experience in ecommerce and/or retail
