The Senior Analyst Procure To Pay supports the delivery of end to end Procure to Pay (PTP) for 11 country(UK ,CN and Asean).This position is pivotal in the PTP management process ensuring accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of the process to the requirements, company\'s guidelines and agreed KPIs. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the PTP Team Lead to identify process improvements, support implementation efforts, and work cross functionally in supporting end to end process improvements. Key Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of the PTP function Report to and work with the PTP Lead and team members as well as other internal stakeholders such as Global Headquarter, Local Management and Line of Businesses Review and design the end to end process to improve the existing business model by identifying opportunities and savings Understand the systems and tools to derive the desired business results Manage multiple projects and finance initiatives Assist the decision making processes for various business needs Make sound judgment based on data obtained Successfully complete projects within time and budget constraints Skills and Qualifications Strong English language Able to read , write and speak Korean Language Proven working experience in PTP area SAP and Coupa experience is advantage Exposure to process migration and process improvement is an advantage Possess high standard of integrity and high attention to detail and accuracy Strong team working and multi tasking skills CPA or CPA equivalent (BS degree in Accounting or Finance) Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
