Responsibilities:
1. Strengthen the low-price channel and promotional mechanisms by creating diverse assortment strategies that align with the priorities of sellers and business units.
2. Generate weekly and ad hoc in-depth analysis to track progress, identify potential risks, and uncover opportunities.
3. Evaluate sales trends and insights to determine suitable product assortments for the low-price channel.
4. Take full accountability for executing the agreed-upon strategies with stakeholders.
5. Comprehend the local market and business requirements and elaborate on business tactics to attain different objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably 1 year working experience in e-commerce, retail, business development, consulting/finance is preferred. Strong industry background would be a plus.
2. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related fields (sales, marketing, business & PR)
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with demonstrated ability to influence others4. Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions
5. Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment6. Highly energetic & self-motivated. Eager to learn new things & passionate to work in an ever-changing environment
7. Fluent communication in English
