The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales channels for brands under Heed&Seed, a leading plant-based food and beverage group. The role is aimed at driving traffic, increasing sales, and improving customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone:

• Fluent in write and speak in Mandarin and English
• Preferable 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field will add on advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers and flexibility with working hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Tanggungjawab

• Maintaining and updating product information, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms
• Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
• Monitoring and analyzing website and platform performance to identify areas for improvement
• Assisting with website design and development, including A/B testing
• Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvements
• Managing inventory, ensuring product availability, and minimizing stock discrepancies
• Assisting with order processing and fulfilment
