The role will be part of a new IT Services DevOps team within the Identity & Access Management area serving the \xe2\x80\x9cStart DHL\xe2\x80\x9d service introduction. After an initial implementation phase the \xe2\x80\x9cStart DHL\xe2\x80\x9d project will turn into a global service, providing identity management to all DHL divisions.
For any issues related to the \xe2\x80\x9cStart DHL\xe2\x80\x9d application, you are our superhero as you will provide enterprise-level assistance to our operational users as part of the L2/L3 \xe2\x80\x9cSTART DHL\xe2\x80\x9d Support team. The same applies when it comes to establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the developer. Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates. Besides documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics, performing analyses on software application functionality, and suggesting improvements will be part of scope.
Last but not least, security technologies associated with the application run and Consulting with the software development team and product owner to improve application performance with better user experience are all in your support league.

As a Senior Application Support Specialist - IAM, having hands-on experience on Elixir Phoenix framework is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of C# and .Net will also be an integral part of this role.
You are an application support aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of analyzing issues, incidents and handle requests coming via Service Now together with experience as a support engineer in a related field. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
