What will be your responsibilities?

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong design skills to lead the planning and design of data center projects. You should be able to start a project from scratch, develop concepts, and lead it through to completion. This role involves working closely with engineers, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and functional data center buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and planning of data centers from concept through construction. Manage site planning, building massing, and spatial layouts that optimize operational efficiency, cooling, and equipment access. Coordinate with MEP, structural, civil, and fire protection engineers to ensure full system integration within the architectural design. Oversea and Prepare drawings, design presentations, and design documents and permit submissions. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, fire safety standards, and data center design guidelines (e.g., UBBL, BOMBA, Uptime Tier levels, FM Global, NFPA) Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors. Guide and support junior architects or designers. Work closely with project managers to maintain design quality, budget, and schedule targets.

This is the profile we are looking for

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). 8+ years of experience in architecture, including data center or industrial projects. Strong design portfolio and project leadership experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design software. Sound knowledge of building codes, fire safety, and technical design standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
