As a Senior Architect you are the GURU (expert) in the field. Your will be acting as a product manager of the services, speaks to the business to align and gather with their requirements. You are also expected to provide a high-level proposal of the structure of the services and work closely with the other teams for further implementation. WHAT YOU WILL DO Architect and design Public Cloud services provided by IT Services to internal business partners based on both Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service in different Azure, Google and Oracle in storage and backup areas e.g. managed blob/file storage, backup solutions, etc. in a close cooperation with other technologies lie Compute, Kubernetes, Virtual Desktop Lead cloud services introduction for such services Define the architecture requirements liaise with the business to create viable specifications and to identify any area of improvement in any aspect of theenterprise (business & technical architecture). Product ownership to consult, enhance and promote developed Cloud services to internal business users. Support in developing strategy, vision, roadmaps, and approaches while governing end-2-end implementation of Cloud services. Establish strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in business partner organizations Collaborate with different platform teams and cross function areas within DPDHL IT Services during a new Cloud service introduction. Work in a tightly knit, highly skilled, motivated and globally spread team of unique IT professionals on the mission to bring Deutsche Post DHL to the cloud. We empha teamwork hence provide advice and guidance to junior colleagues is a must. APPLICATION YOU WILL USE: Azure/ Google/Oracle laaS & PaaS cloud platforms Linux/Windows Oracle DB/MSSQL/Informix NetBackup CyberArk Virtual Desktop WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: 10+ years of technology experience mainly in storage/backup services based in an enterprise environment 5+ years of experience with Cloud solutions, platforms, and technologies in Azure/Google area. Oracle cloud experience is an advantage. Very deep knowledge with Azure and Google implementation in large enterprise companies incl. security. Hands-on experiences with cloud services focus in IaaS/PaaS Scripting capabilities for Azure and Google platforms such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Javascript. Experiences with senior stakeholder management and strong communication /presentation skills. Experience in project / risk management and financial management (budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning) for public cloud services. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills and ability to work highly self-managed. Ability to work effectively in a very fast pace and distributed team environment. Proven judgement and problem solving skill. Customers and end- users focused. Must be able to communicate effectively in English for both written and oral. WHAT IS THE PLUS POINT (S) ITIL Foundation/ Certification knowledge a plus.
