We are seeking for senior professional with experience in infrastructure and software setup and configu Integration Platform Architect SUMMARY Begin your career with DHL IT Services as Senior Integration Architect in the DGFF System Integration Team. We are seeking for senior professional with experience in infrastructure and software setup and configuration of enterprise messaging platforms processing volumes of millions of messages per hour, both between enterprise applications and applications to/from customer. You will be part of team, which takes care of the messaging platform - including design and build of new features, evaluation of performance and proposing platform improvements. You will work with top preforming, state-of-the-art scalable platform with high availability and active/active disaster recovery. WHAT YOU WILL DO .Present to or influence customer representatives or vendors and resolve issues .Coordinate collaboration with external service providers in terms of assembling own or third-party system components .Assist in definition, initiation and design of platform architecture projects/ programs .Provide expert advice and technical assistance to development team and service support staff .Act as technical lead for development teams on issues of performance, tools and standards .Become a trusted advisor for integration related topics APPLICATION YOU WILL USE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Skill Lower level skills Priority Enterprise Architecture .General connectivity, protocols and network implications (firewall rules, proxies, VPN, Big IP, Load balancing), web services and secured connectivity, security assets like certificates or SSL configuration. .Understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability (Active/Active - Active/Passive) and share storage .Understanding of firewall segmentation/VPN .Security Concepts and data protection MUST-HAVE WebMethods Suite (or equivalent integration platform product) .Good understanding and knowledge of the Software SAG components, mainly integration server, broker. MWS, Command Central, Update Manager and reliable messaging in Software SAG (potentially Universal Messaging). Minimum experience is expected. .Could be with other similar products than Software SAG (TIBCO, Informatica, MuleSoft and other popular vendors/products in the market), concept of adapters, pooling, threading, installation and configuration, how products work together, the Java Runtime it runs on etc .Design and architecture of new solutions using the webMethods platform .Setup new platform level configurations .Able to understand Software SAG/Products offer and evaluation of new components when needed Possess good knowledge in flow service development and Java programming language Experience in EDI and Cross Vista is a plus. .Support the maintenance of the platform roadmap .Attending regular training sessions to get up to speed with the latest webmethods suite (or other if it comes to it) MUST-HAVE Cloud technology standards and DevOps patterns .Understanding of latest cloud technologies and options available in the market (i.e Kubernetes and dynamic scaling, cloud products like Azure connect or other Amazon features ) .Understanding the concept of virtualization and containerization .DEV-OPS/CI-CD and other methodologies used in cloud .Dynamic scaling using Kubernetes for Production Improvement plan MUST-HAVE Linux .File permissions, filesystems and storage (NAS, VxFS, SAN,others) .Shell scripting, network commands (telnet, ping, nslookup, traceroute), kernel parameter (max_open_files, SSH between servers) .Platform maintenance scripts and other support tools (part of platform build) MUST-HAVE Oracle SQL .Good knowledge and /or experience in SQL MUST-HAVE Integration Patterns and industry standards .Understanding of Protocols like JMS and concepts of reliable messaging, Kafka (optional), MQ and patterns, SOA vs P2P, APIs, File encoding, encryption algorithms .Guide and support developers if required on integration patterns .Help the team with pattern guidelines (like usage of broker queues and threading mechanisms) .Understanding IBM WebSphere MQ NICE-TO-HAVE Web Services -General understanding on how Web Services work (HTTP protocol, REST APIs, SOAP WS, authentication modes, performance, TCP Port configuration, SSL and certificates -Supporting core developers ensuring the Integration platform will be configured properly to host a new Web Service pattern NICE-TO-HAVE Remarks: - MUST-HAVE : Possess good knowledge and understanding - NICE-TO-HAVE : General awareness of various technologies available in the market standards WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE .Good English communication skill and a great technical team leader. .Minimum 10 years of relevant experience .Experience in Application To Application (A2A) and Business To Business (B2B) platform setup .Strong ability to solve problems and propose suitable, alternative solutions and interpersonal and influencing skills .Proactive WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM US .Great Team of IT Professionals with Global Working Exposure .Flexible Benefits - Customized According to Individual Needs .On-Going Professional and Technical Training and Certifications .A Multicultural Environment in Modern Offices .Choose Any Day for Your Vacation From Earned Public Holiday (Saturday and Ad Hoc) .Smart Casual Everyday .Global Internal Job Opportunities Available Within DPDHL .Unlimited Outpatient Medical .Home Office Possibilities
