Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of TIBCO BusinessWorks 6 Interfaces to fulfill System Integration Requirements on Projects. * Lead support and troubleshooting of issues/incidents for production support of live Interfaces Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of TIBCO BusinessWorks 6 Interfaces to fulfill System Integration Requirements on Projects. Lead support and troubleshooting of issues/incidents for production support of live Interfaces. Resolve problems by performing root cause analysis, developing and lead the implementation of corrective and preventative actions Effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines Lead security vulnerability remediation of Integration Platform components Execute maintenance and upgrades of the Integration Platform and BusinessWorks Interfaces. Execute RASP initiatives (Reliability, Availability, Scalability and Performance) for the Integration platform Participate in infrastructure and/or systems evaluation testing/proof of concepts for Integration's systems Author device, network and/or systems diagrams, including configuration parameters related to database systems Provide training, coaching and knowledge transfer to junior team members Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a computer science or related field 10+ years of IT experience in the design and development of Integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks with 4+ years of experience with BusinessWorks 6. 4+ years of Experience in Object Oriented programming in one or more of the following languages: Java or .NET. Experience in designing and developing EDI and AS2 based Integrations is a plus. 8 years of experience in IT of demonstrably solid performance in an engineering role working with cross-functional teams Experience in FDA and Sox regulated environments Experience working in an enterprise environment governed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Change Management Additional Skills: Experience in one or several of the following API Management platforms: AWS API Gateway/Google Apigee/Azure API management is a plus Experience with AWS Cognito is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Server 2020 is a plus Knowledge of Ipswitch MOVEit Automation is a plus Advance level of database programming in T-SQL is a plus Linux OS (RHEL 7+) Operator skills (shell scripting) is a plus Windows OS (Windows 2016+) Operator skills (including PowerShell scripting) is a plus Experience in using one or more Infrastructure and Performance monitoring tools (e.g., OEM, MS SMS, Idera, Dynatrace, Solarwinds) Experience in supporting Windows and Linux servers in the cloud: AWS, Azure Strong written and verbal communication including the ability to communicate to various levels of audience or to explain complex or technical matters in a manner suitable for non-technical audiences Knowledge of best practices related to IT governance, operations, and database administration Experience with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes is a plus Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation is a plus Expertise in conducting RFPs, vendor assessments, and contract reviews
