ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * To ensure adequate resources are allocated according to the plan in order to have smooth functions of quality control and production system

• To implement and practice 5S in the respective lines / processes
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping and manufacturing practices
• To manage subordinate discipline and counseling in collaboration with HR
• To provide inputs to the Supervisor on the performance of the sub-ordinates
• Responsible for the manufacturing operations and direct reports performance
• To perform any other duties as been assigned by Superior
• Assist Supervisor to implement quality and production system to improve efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing process and product quality
• To assist supervisor to enhance and maintain manufacturing workers' discipline

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field.

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in MFG field.
• Experience in managing people preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication in both Malay and English
• Good team player.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
• Basic line Planning
