Our Computer Operations team provides customer, Information Technology data centre, and application support to ensure end to end quality of our Information Technology operations. As part of our team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help enhance our operations quality, work across all Information Technology operational functions, and coordinate with service stakeholders to deliver high quality services.

Core Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware, either in person or remotely.

Manage and maintain the WorkspaceOne environment, including provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of user devices.

Create and maintain scripts using PowerShell PSADT to automate and streamline support processes, ensuring that support is efficient and effective.

Install and configure software and hardware on Windows and Mac operating systems, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure.

Respond to incidents and requests in a timely manner and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team, keeping users informed of progress and ensuring that all incidents are resolved within SLA.

Continuously improve support processes and procedures, seeking out opportunities to streamline and automate processes where possible and collaborating with other Digital & Data teams to share best practices.

Provide training and guidance to other team members, sharing your technical knowledge and expertise and helping to build a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Work closely with other Information Technology teams, including Technology Ops (Network Infra & Server), and Network Information Security teams, to ensure the seamless delivery of technology services, collaborating on projects and initiatives as required.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and tools, seeking out opportunities to attend training and conferences to further your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of experience in desktop support, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality technical support.

Strong technical skills in WorkspaceOne, PowerShell PSADT, Windows, and Mac, with experience in managing and maintaining a large-scale enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of Active Directory infrastructure and Group Policy Objects.

Prior experience using PowerShell or other languages to automate processes is strongly preferred.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner and build strong relationships with users.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues to resolution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other Information Technology teams and communicate technical information to non-technical users.
