The PwC MYVN E&BC Committee (EBCC) is looking for enthusiastic & suitable individuals to -
a. Annually carry out an Ethics and Business Conduct risk assessment to confirm that they have in place policies and procedures which respond to local Ethics & Business Conduct risks and the PwC Network Standard for Ethics & Business Conduct. b. Support the MYVN EBCC to develop, compile and implement an Ethics and Business Conduct action plan which addresses Ethics and Business Conduct risks identified in the risk assessment, consistent with the goals of the PwC Network Standard for Ethics & Business Conduct.
c. Monitor the Network Risk Management Policies (NRMP) relating to Ethics and Business Conduct, and supplement the NRMPs with policies, guidance and procedures, as necessary, to take account of any local legal or regulatory requirements and/or to respond to local risks and practices.
d. Periodically work with the MYVN EBCC to prepare communications of the Network and local risk management policies on Ethics and Business Conduct to all relevant partners and staff by training and/or other appropriate means.
e. Review and update Ethics and Business Conduct related content in relevant annual training curriculum and other appropriate communications for its partners and staff, relevant to their respective roles.
f. Annually undertake monitoring to assess compliance with the PwC Network Standard for Ethics & Business Conduct, the NRMP and local policies and guidance, and highlight deficiencies where identified. Your key responsibilities include:

• Perform checks and attend to E&BC compliance matters
• Prepare and monitor data metrics for periodic reports
• Pro-actively coordinate and support in preparation for periodic compliance testing Archer, QMSE, AOB.
• Understand relevant E&BC policies and procedures and pro-actively highlight discrepancies or updates that are required
• Provide support on other E&BC compliance related matters and monitoring activities
• Provide administrative support to E&BC matters for reporting and monitoring activities covering PwC MYVN.

• Proactive to learn and to continuously develop technical knowledge
• Digitally inclined (Google Workspace, presentations, etc).
• Having related work experience in risk management and/or ethics related work experience would be added advantage
