Position : Senior Associate, Finance Job Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Department: Controllers Role Value Proposition T he Senior Associate is responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable function, month end closing activities, and regulatory submissions for Singapore entities. Additional responsibilities include finance support for Hong Kong and Malaysia regional office. Key Responsibilities: Month-end close activities, supporting schedules & reconciliations Fixed asset management & reporting Intercompany billings, collections & reporting Ownership of accounts payable process: Review all payment requests received for settlement of vendor invoices, travel reimbursements verification Treasury & cashflow monitoring & reporting Internal corporate compliance: balance sheet certifications, variance analysis, other reporting requirements External statutory compliance: audit, corporate tax, sales & service tax, withholding tax Drive/support the global finance projects and ad-hoc requests Candidate Qualifications: Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: Minimum Job Requirements 5+ years of relevant working experience CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification Knowledge of IFRS Experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger and Accounts Payable module is preferred Proficiency in various office applications, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Organized, detail oriented & able to multi-task under strict timelines Self-motivated, responsible & takes initiative with minimal supervision Excellent written & verbal communication skills, necessary for interactions with internal & external parties at various levels Willingness to achieve key targets and objectives.
