Discover the Role
Assists the Fund Services team in daily deliverables and to provide quality service to clients. The Associate provides support to the Fund Services Executives and by preparing medium complexity client deliverables
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative matters and transaction activities for investment portfolios.
Responsible for processing trade settlements and payments for unit trust funds.
Monitor account balance and ensure sufficient cash available for trade settlement and payments.
Responsible to input transactions in fund accounting system.
Provide support to team members to ensure service excellence and on time delivery to clients
Liaising with local and foreign custodian banks, fund managers, tax agent and auditor at operational level.
Manage ad-hoc assignments when required.
Handle client enquiries and resolving problems on timely manner.
Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree/ Professional Certificate in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
Candidate with accounting knowledge and experience is an added advantage
Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, independent and ability to adapt to an ever-changing priorities
