Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Vistra Corporate Services (Malaysia) Legal and Trust Management team on a full-time basis.

Purpose of the role:

Work within an internal legal services division to provide in-house legal support to the broader Vistra group of companies.

Scope:

Work closely the local team and the stakeholders primarily based in APAC and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide in-house legal support to the broader Vistra Group of companies (\xe2\x80\x9cGroup\xe2\x80\x9d); support implementation and delivery of existing and new projects; participate in reviews, negotiation and drafting of agreements and legal documents; work with Group legal counsel to maintain and rationalize legal infrastructure such as online terms and policies; conduct research and analysis; provide any other in house legal support and operational support from time to time.

Attributes & Skills:

• Demonstrated working experience in the legal field; strong analytical legal skills, fluency in the English Language; strong contract drafting and communication skills; sound judgment and a team player.

Relevant experience:

• Demonstrated working experience in corporate and commercial experience at a law firm, in house or a combination.

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• Degree in Law and Certificate in Legal Practice (or equivalent).
