- Responsible for logistics account reconciliation and preparation of monthly reports for Malaysia market and international routes
- Regularly review billing processes and procedures, to identify opportunities for improvement for existing processes/ reports/ tools
- Implement financial/ billing automation concepts for logistics financial planning and control
- Review monthly 3PL billing transactions in addition to third party claims
- Monitor monthly accrual and monthly payment plan
- Support maintenance of all day-to-day 3PL management processes
- 1+ year working experience in a financial role, preferably in E-commerce/ supply chain/ logistics. However. fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive in driving performance and improvements, with strong sense of ownership
- Effective in both verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with other stakeholders
- Intermediate Excel skills. SQL and/or other Business Intelligence packages are a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English
