Responsibilities:
Responsible for logistics account reconciliation and preparation of monthly reports for Malaysia market and international routes
Regularly review billing processes and procedures, to identify opportunities for improvement for existing processes/ reports/ tools
Implement financial/ billing automation concepts for logistics financial planning and control
Review monthly 3PL billing transactions in addition to third party claims
Monitor monthly accrual and monthly payment plan
Support maintenance of all day-to-day 3PL management processes
Requirements:
1+ year working experience in a financial role, preferably in E-commerce/ supply chain/ logistics. However. fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive in driving performance and improvements, with strong sense of ownership
Effective in both verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with other stakeholders
Intermediate Excel skills. SQL and/or other Business Intelligence packages are a plus
Excellent spoken and written English
