You\'ll gain exposure to, and assist clients with, cash flow analysis, debt financing, refinancing, liquidity, and negotiations.Do you have experience in operational restructuring, supply chain planning, cost reduction, pre/post-deal operational due diligence, manufacturing, or logistics operations? We seek Senior Associates and Managers with strong operations and process improvement experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions.Our team addresses Operational Restructuring across various industries in both public and private sectors. We combine hands-on situational and stakeholder management skills with functional (e.g., supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing) and industry expertise. Our goal is to deliver operational improvements through practical, hands-on solutions ensuring sustained future success.In this role, you will work with a range of clients in a highly rewarding environment. You must have excellent analytical capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the tenacity to support operational restructuring projects.Key Responsibilities- Proactively assist in managing multiple clients, reporting to Managers and above.- Manage and train junior team members.- Collaborate with clients\' leadership and functional teams to drive strategic and operational initiatives, implement solutions, measure results, and ensure performance targets are met.- Understand key business processes and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.- Define solution approaches to address clients\' business issues and perform cost-benefit analyses of initiatives.- Develop action plans to address identified opportunities.- Take ownership of engagements, including client management, work plan preparation, hypothesis development, solution design and implementation, and facilitating client teams across levels to ensure alignment and timely decisions.- Track, evaluate, and report key metrics and benefits pre- and post-implementation of projects.- Draft business logic for digital tool development for process automation and recommend tools to client teams.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statements.- Drive and support business development efforts.- Collaborate with other PwC teams on presentations and reports for key stakeholders (e.g., Board level/management updates).- Actively contribute to the team\'s marketing efforts (both internal and external).- Conduct company, sector, and market research and analysis.Requirements- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or any other relevant disciplines, and/or a professional accounting qualification.- Previous experience in operational due diligence, supply chain planning, manufacturing, procurement, or logistics.
