You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleResponsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through brokers to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectivesJob Responsibilities:To develop and grow the existing business portfolio by working closely with AIA local entities on any new business / up-sell opportunities in Asia Pacific and with the respective intermediaries appointed by the clients.To maintain regular meetings with the Regional Offices of the clients and their intermediaries, present claims reports and analytics as well as pooling results.To manage the day-to-day enquiries from clients, business partners and AIA local entities in Asia Pacific, including the update of policy related information, and service solutions when necessary.To coordinate and facilitate the renewal and new business opportunities of AIA multinational pooling and captive clients. To work closely with AIA local entities by introducing new business opportunities with the support of the clients\xe2\x80\x99 regional offices, to ensure the growth in new business volume and clients\xe2\x80\x99 retention.To provide administrative support to the team by preparing regular internal tracking reports and necessary documentations, including business pipeline reports, production reports and pool accounting reports according to the guidelines of the MNC department.To monitor persistency by working closely with the Group Underwriting and the GCS\xe2\x80\x99 lead for South East Asia and ensure regional support to AIA local entities during renewals.To assist coordinating marketing activities, including the development and the update of marketing tools such as brochures, country fact sheets, newsletters and clients\xe2\x80\x99 eventsJob Requirements:Minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the employee benefits industryKnowledge of Group Insurance ProductsAttention to details, good organizational and communication skillsGood interpersonal skill and able to work independentlyGood command of both written and spoken English and MandarinGood team player, positive attitude and able to work under pressure with tight timelineBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
