Support the development and execution of sustainability framework. \xef\x81\xae Participate in brainstorm sessions to identify creative ways in balancing business obligations and sustainability objectives in line with relevant local and global sustainability aspirations. \xef\x81\xae Actively engage internal and external stakeholders to meet Group\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability objective. \xef\x81\xae Assist the development and execution of sustainability roadmap/framework. \xef\x81\xae Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies. \xef\x81\xae Support in evaluating sustainability programs\xe2\x80\x99 efficiacy and provide recommendations for improvements where necessary. \xef\x81\xae Assist in planning for research activities to identify sustainability concerns and interests. \xef\x81\xae Support in preparing sustainability proposals as needed. \xef\x81\xae Support in preparing documentation to obtain approvals for sustainability related projects/initiatives and related deliverables. \xef\x81\xae Perform other related duties as required. \xef\x81\xae Assist in drafting and preparing reports, presentations, and proposals; present proposals and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders as needed. \xef\x81\xae Support in assessing and analysing company policies and processes to identify areas in and processes to which improvements can be made in accordance with the organisations commitment to sustainability. \xef\x81\xae Support in drafting and implementing relevant sustainable policies for the company \xef\x81\xae Engage professionally with relevant internal and external stakeholders i.e. advisory services, regulators, vendors, ESG rating agencies, international organisation to support the implementation sustainability roadmap and strategies \xef\x81\xae Attended training on core competencies and regulatory areas \xef\x81\xae Keep abreast of digital developments, practices and latest technologies in the industry to enhance knowledge \xef\x81\xae Identify and facilitate sustainability training/ workshops as part of capacity building for the Group
