Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle that covers validating demand, sourcing, candidate management, offer management, background checks, and pre-onboarding engagement of new joiners. Key accountabilities Search through various sources including passive channels and networking, allowing you to better attract and engage with the candidates Guide the hiring managers to leverage the best practices in hiring and creating a great candidate experience together Partner closely with the Business Leads and HRBPs to facilitate a holistic approach to face demand/supply challenges Maintain and update sourcing activities such as: job spec creation, referrals, social networking, internal database and online searches, web postings, job/career fairs, and user/technical groups, etc. To proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, maintain data integrity in multiple internal systems, and assist our colleagues in providing a smooth onboarding for the new joiners.
