What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, process builder, layout and fields.
• Importing leads, contacts, merchants and other data.
• Building custom reports and dashboards.

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs, provides added-value advice to formulate the requirements and assist stakeholders to document business process flow.

• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of solutions for users

• Translate business requirements into functional design and business workflow specification

• Prepare test scenario and test plans for user acceptance test execution

• Evaluating and implementing new system features, as well as providing training and support

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

• University degree (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business preferred

• 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant in a similar environment, ideally having worked in at least on Salesforce implementation processes (in-house or external)

• Tech-savvy with quick learning & adapting to changes quickly

• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements

• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams

• Good oral and written communication skills in English, and Mandarin is a plus

• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

• Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports

• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and Javascript is a plus

• Previous IT experience in consulting firms or services vendors is a plus
