Danone Specialized Nutrition India and South East Asia is seeking for Senior Solution Manager - Design to Delivery (D2D), based in Malaysia. • Provide thought leadership on the direction of D2D key regional applications in all markets in the zone of Asia, Middle East and Africa.
• Drive D2D data and analytics for the zone, enabling data-driven decisions making within business.
• Manage regional applications architecture and roadmap in partnership with regional solution leads, with the mindset of reducing Danone's ongoing technical debt.
• Facilitate new and on-going review on risk assessment, disaster recovery planning and retirement.
• Identify opportunities for the evolution of key local applications, in partnership with global functional experts and regional peers.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent field of study.
• Must have experience in Design to Delivery functional domains, from an IT capacity
• (Preferred) Agile methodology experience
• (Preferred) Risk management experience including Security best practices.
• (Preferred) Knowledge of digital technology; API, RPA, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT and Cloud Data technologies (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Informatica), AI/ML.
• More than 12 years IT experience in the area of SAP (MM, PP, PM, APO, WMS), Warehouse Management, Transport Management and Quality Systems.
• Ability to understand software solutions and delivery models, with full cycle experience on selection, evaluation, implementation and retirement process.
• Business process knowledge of Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Distribution, Quality and Traceability.
• Knowledge and experience of digital manufacturing in FMCG industry be a plus.
• Experience with turning data into insights for design to delivery space, including knowledge on the concept of data foundation, data harmonization, visualization and advanced analytics.
• Ability to map business activities into processes, to optimize and recommend the right solution aligning to Danone's IT & Data strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and diverse teams informally to deliver results, manage transversal processes and project.
• Stakeholder relationship management balancing with customer focus and communication excellence.
• Language skills: English (Business Level), Mandarin skill is a plus.
