Team and Role Introduction:
As Senior Associate/Manager, Category Traffic Manager (FMCG excl. Groceries), the incumbent will be responsible to support the traffic strategy of Lazada\xe2\x80\x99s Fashion category, coordinate and execute end-to-end operations of current traffic tools, drive the roll-out of new tools and initiate projects aiming to improve customer engagement and generate sales. This role reports to the Head of Traffic Operations, under the User Growth department.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage, drive adoption and monitor performance of traffic tools by interfacing with the category teams and the various tool owners
• Coordinate submissions on customer-facing engagement tools such as Flash Sales and give recommendations to category teams
• Spearhead efforts in optimising on-site search & product recommendation by working on algorithm training and shortlisting assortment to showcase in line with category strategy on customer demand & behaviour
• Optimise traffic tools by analysing performance and sharing best practices across categories
• Support roll-out of new traffic tools

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in either area of marketing or e-commerce
• Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to work & learn in a fast-moving environment
• Hands-on experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities at once
• Highly comfortable with dealing with numbers and proven ability of data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

• Knowledge of SQL
