Responsibilities

-Advising developers on upstream property development works (e.g., JV agreement, bridging loan, property development licensing requirements etc.)

-To handle or assist in handling all matters relating to real estate conveyancing that the firm undertakes such as preparing SPA for developer\'s project, security documentations for banking facilities/loan as well as all incidental matters until completion.

- Attending to meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.

- All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above.

Requirements

- 7-15 PQE in conveyancing practice.

- Candidate must be familiar with property development project and has experience advising property developers from the inception of the project.

- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Candidate who is able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.

- Candidate who is confident to represent law firm to attend meetings with developers and provide advice independently.
