• Passionate about coffee & patisserie.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a barista.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
• Basic photography and videography skills for capturing images and short videos suitable for social media platforms.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Full Time: 5 and 6 working days every alternate week.
• Part Time: Flexibility in working hours, including availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.

Tanggungjawab

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages.
• Train and mentor junior baristas in coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and general operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Stay informed about current beverage trends, industry developments, and new products to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
