Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering in discipline (Instrumentation/Controls/Electronics), Diploma (State-certified technical engineer) with relevant experience shall also be considered.
• 5 to 10 years prior working experience related to bid and proposal preparation; preferably in energy industry related to DCS, SCADA, Electrical
• Demonstrated skills and experience in bid management of tenders preferably for controls and digitalization solutions in the energy industry
• Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively to achieve targets, deadline driven
• Excellent coordination, influencing and facilitator skills.
• Team player that capable to communicate and interact with various stakeholders and people from various countries or cultural backgrounds
• Familiar with bid and tender processes, costing tools for solution business, and currency conversion
• Innovate and creatively personal apply lessons learned and proposal alternative and cost-effective solutions
• Experience with Siemens Energy T3000, PCS7, or other DCS, SCADA or PLC will be highly regarded.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will need to lead the overall bid preparation until submission. This includes (but not limited to) clarify the scopes requirements, lead bid preparation and cost calculation, then prepare offer and cost sheet for submission.
• You will work closely with sales managers to understand customers' expectation, liaise with suppliers, and headquarter to collect costing data.
• Involve in conceptualizing solutions, define scope required, performance cost calculation, offer preparation for submission.
• Offers include spare parts, customer service contracts, power plant control system upgrade, cybersecurity and digitalization solutions
• Bid management and disseminate information on the latest global costing tools/templates for the bid team
• Technical lead for specific bid topics and disseminate information on the latest global costing tools/templates for the bid team
• Update the documentation of the offer database and track the team KPI for assigned bids
• Lead bid team initiatives for process simplification and provide guidance to the team on new processes What you can get
