Leading & manage all stages of bid process from qualification to submission to the sales team.
Developing and maintaining best practice throughout the bid cycle.
Manage bid submission - coordinating with all bidding team members to ensure and obtain all submittals.
Ensure a full understanding of the solution portfolio, appropriate offerings, within a complete and competitive solution, are proposed to meet the customer requirements.
Aware & highlight the overall risk (Commercial/Technical/GS) when presenting to management for approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related to Pricing, Bid/ Tender Submission - Telecom, Colocation Industry.
Skillful in Microsoft Office - comfortable in managing Excel spreadsheet.
Good Number Sense - comfortable when dealing in huge project value.
Detail-oriented - paying close attention to all of the small particulars when working Bid Pricing.
Good Communication & Presentation Skills - no issues in communicating to different levels of colleagues up till management.
Excellent Time Management & Organization skills.
