Job Description
BIM MODELLER / DRAFTER A position based in Penang, with opportunities to be involved in Singapore and international projects. Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate drawings and BIM models for design development, project\'s local authority submission, tender and construction using BIM applications, tools and techniques Provide technical support as a BIM Modeller or drafter, in compliance with our office standards and quality Manage drawing filing system in accordance with our company standards Able to communicate well in English Qualifications and Experience: At least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or related field, preferably with 2 years related experience in architectural modelling / drafting Proficient in preparation of technical drawings and details Conversant in Autodesk Revit, Graphisoft ArchiCAD and Basic Microsoft office Responsible person who can work in a team environment Possess a growth mindset and motivated to be trained in new skills Benefits: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday) Medical Benefits Internal & External Trainings available Career Advancement opportunity Please email your resume and CV to [HIDDEN TEXT]
