Job Summary

Generate and maintain detailed BIM models according to project specifications and standards. Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information. Oversee BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to design intent. Committed in BIM coordination meetings and resolve any modeling conflicts. Ensure and uphold BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate the development and implementation of BIM execution plans. Provide regular support for training on BIM software and workflows of team members. Perform regular quality checks and audits of BIM models. Publish detailed construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Buildings or Constructions. Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in the construction or architectural industry. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Familiar with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Excellent attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills. Effective communication, collaboration skills and good teamwork Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Can lead juniors and well delegate tasks.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,408.17 per month
