Requirements
Minimum 35 yo with a bachelor/master\'s in marketing management, business, or equivalent education background.
Minimum 5 years of working as brand or marketing manager. Preferable background handling the leading OTC medicine or health supplement & FMCG product in Malaysia market.
Strong presentation & communication skills, project management & analysis skills with data driven.
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment and committed to work long term.
Outstanding track record of historical working experience and trustworthy personality.
Responsibilities
Leads the development of the Brand Marketing Plan, innovation, activation, advertising, digital marketing, and promotion for deployment of the plan.
Leads a multifunctional team to execute the plan and monitors performance of the support plans also builds productive working relationship with sales team, distributors, LOB team in HQ, finance and supply chain to manage brand\'s day to day operations, external partners and agencies.
Lead in on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
Provide input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6Ps). Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
Responsible for launch management, building launching plans, business development and legal & regulatory issues.
Responsible for managing brand budget, P&L & help drive the profitability of the brand.
