Senior Business Analyst (Automation)

Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborating effectively with key business partners across all levels to identify and consolidate new opportunities for process automation.
• Working in conjunction with subject matter experts from the business and technical RPA specialists to craft process automation designs, ensuring seamless integration of business insights throughout the development journey, particularly for more intricate and extensive processes.
• Taking charge of creating and maintaining essential documentation during the RPA lifecycle, ensuring compliance with approvals and regulatory standards.
• Strategically planning and executing change management activities alongside the technical automation process, in close coordination with key stakeholders.
• Providing guidance, coaching, and training to new Analysts as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Possession of a Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills for the discovery and interpretation of business change requirements.
• Experience in analyzing and revamping business processes using established techniques such as swim lane diagrams and Lean Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, RPA, or other automation implementation experience.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
