Job Description

:

• Assessing, and analyzing user requirement and establishing on core system objectives
• Designing the system functional solution and providing its delivery cost
• Understanding complex business logic and convert it to system solution
• System documentations including functional specification, system testing plan, user manual, etc and conducting system demonstration and user training when needed.
• Supporting the communication within business parties and development team
• Working with project team to support end user acceptance testing.
• Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change
• Manage user expectations and requirement changes during the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science and IT related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in business analyst
• Experience with banking, insurance, or financial operation or knowledge of the operational processes will be an added advantage.
• Able to work on the functional design independently
• Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update
• Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams
• Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Cantonese speaking for presentations, training and coaching of Hong Kong market.
