About the role:
The establishment of this role is to build sales capabilities process and analytics to meet business compliance and to accelerate Capital Equipment(\xe2\x80\x9cCE\xe2\x80\x9d) revenue growth across APAC aligning with business strategy.
This role will design and develop the sales reports and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau dashboard) that meet various sales scenarios to drive Sales orgs increase CE revenue and to adhere to business compliance, in the most efficient way leveraging IT technology and automation.
Sr. Analyst will also analyze & draw insights from the sales reports and work with the sales management team for effective action planning.
This role will ensure followings;
a. Each local country to comply CE rules/policies for BCS owned CE assets
b. Providing reports or tools to local countries to generate necessary reports of life cycle performance on CE utilization to empower them
Stakeholder of this role: Sales Managers and sales reps, Business Unit Leaders, FP&A Finance, Legal and Compliance, Customer Care in local countries in APAC, APAC HQ and ASEAN HQ
Key responsibilities:
-Provide analysis on sales reports and advise sales management on status and utilization of CE installed units to accelerate the CE sales to meet the targets
-Drawing from multiple systems (e.g. SAP, salesforce) being used today, the Sr Business Analyst will create \xe2\x80\x98easy to understand\xe2\x80\x99 reports accessible to sales management and other stakeholders.
-Analyze and prepare individualized account reports related to utilization and contract fulfillment
-Build system solutions to track Capital equipment location, movement and status in accordance to CE SOP and Work Instruction
-Collaborate with IT team & other stakeholders to improve the performance of CRM and analytical reporting tools incl. automation to generate the reports
-Gain insights for what driving account and product sales & profitability
-Produce and track Key Performance Indicators reports for management
-Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
-Understand complexities of CE & its consumable sales channel management and recommend / develop reports and insights that can be utilized for further action
-Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems of diverse scope and complexity where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Leverage a broad knowledge of a variety of alternatives and their impact on the CE business.
-Works under general direction regarding the direction and progress of projects and special assignments. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Interprets, executes and recommends modifications to company policies for CE business. Assists in establishing policies and procedures. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
-Travel requirement: 25% of time to visit APAC countries

Minimum requirements
-Min. bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
in Statistic, Mathematics, Business
-Min. 3 years or equivalent experience in data analysis
-Ability to create reports from different sources for example : SalesForce, ServiceMax, SAP business warehouse etc.
-Clear Thinker : Able to interpret the management reporting needs to the right reporting format.
-Communication skills : able to communicate the findings and insights to stakeholder
-Sales experience is plus
-Familiar with digital sales effectiveness applications
-Strong business acumen. High learning agility
-Proven ability of logical and analytical thinking
-Regional project/work experience is plus
-Keen interest in medical device, healthcare business.
-Proven ability to work effectively and collaborate in diverse culture
-Role model presenting our BSC core values
-Fluent in English. Asian language capability is plus
-Travel requirement: Travel requirement: 25% of time to visit APAC countries
