If you are a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst who has a creative mind and passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company!Day-to-Day Responsibilities\xe2\x80\x8bAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the domain area, interacting with and advising business users on solutions to address their business needs.Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and provide innovative solutions in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.Lead requirement gathering with business users, translating requirements into functional specifications/user stories.Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, collaborating to address user requests and issuesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and utilize industry best practices to design optimal solutionsCoordinate with product owners and technical teams on the implementation and QA of technical specifications.Document and disseminate internal, client-facing, and business-appropriate reference materials that reflect the detailed configuration of client-specific solutions.Plan and facilitate requirement review and release status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Lead solution training and assist in test plan development and execution, as well as in end-user training.Define the roadmap, goals, and vision for the product while applying best practices and standard operating procedures.What We Are Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. In practice this means:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an outstanding analyst, consultant, or project manager.Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry with specific functional expertise and strong analytical skillsExtensive experience gathering requirements, conducting design activities, and exposure to business case development.Demonstrated strong business knowledge, sound business sense, and expertise in understanding business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements.Experience with engineering tools including JIRA, Confluence Wiki, and knowledge of agile software development methodologies.Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Strong oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimum supervision and under pressureWillingness to travel when needed.Perks & BenefitsAt Worldline you\'ll get the chance to be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and shape how the world pays and gets paid.
