DESIGNATION : Senior Business Analyst - MJ



RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:


Operations Data Management + Oversee end-to-end monthly operations data submissions across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
+ Validate and maintain 100% data accuracy; manage clarifications and change requests as needed.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and provide insights.
Reporting & Dashboard Management + Prepare and release monthly operational performance decks and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
+ Manage Power BI dashboards, including data refresh, user access administration, and enhancement of dashboards for improved insights.
+ Ensure timely and accurate dashboard releases for management and executive stakeholders
Process Improvement & Automation + Support the design and enhancement of reporting templates to streamline processes, reduce turnaround time, and minimize manual intervention.
+ Drive automation initiatives to improve data collection, validation, and reporting efficiency.
Ad-hoc Analysis & Data Requests + Provide accurate, consistent, and timely data for ad-hoc requests from internal teams and stakeholders.
+ Ensure alignment of data across multiple sources and systems.





QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or MIS reporting (experience in insurance or healthcare is an advantage). Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data integration technologies. Proven ability in data quality management, performance tracking, automation, and process simplification. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Excellent communication skills in English and strong stakeholder management capabilities. Structured and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines.
