Facilitate the operations strategy, transformation of the operations, group initiatives, and the core systems transformation.
Dealing directly with department heads, IT/Digital units, and vendors to produce project deliverables, lead process remediation/improvement projects and Group initiatives across the company (e.g., BRD and process map).
Project management, giving management regular information on the status and risks/mitigation.
Create policies, procedures, and process flows that apply to all Digital Insurance products and channels.
Analyze current data and operational flows between teams and systems; consider potential technological solutions to boost automation through straight-through processing and optimize resource use (STP).
Workshops that support blueprinting and analyze processes as-is and as-to-be while designing the goal operating model.
Utilizing automation tools, work with our Distribution company and other partners to improve internal and distribution operations.
Support the issuance of RFPs and the evaluation of vendors based on the projects parameters and its goals.
Assist Legal and Compliance in making sure that our procedures adhere to national standards.
Create a management presentation based on the companys goals.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of working experience in relevant experience.
Established process improvement expertise that has transformed operations and services and improved end-to-end customer experience, SLAs, and TATs, ideally while lowering associated costs.
Knowledge and expertise in operations and technology across a wider range of insurance, financial services, and related industries.
Expertise of business requirements collection, gap analysis, and project management.
Exemplary stakeholder management abilities.
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or other tools for process mapping).
Knowledge of the working concepts and practices of Agile.
Excellent written and verbal English skills; knowledge of another Asian language is preferred.
