Fragomen Malaysia has an exciting opportunity to join the firm to support global strategic initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst. This is a new role for the firm, focused on researching and analysing initiatives to further our growth strategy in the APAC region.Key responsibilities will include:

• Foster collaboration among various departments, including legal, marketing, sales, operations, finance etc., to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyse market data to inform the creation of effective go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product positioning, target customer profiles, and unique value propositions.
• Develop detailed business plans outlining financial projections, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
• Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including pricing models, distribution channels, and BD/Marketing strategies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of go-to-market strategies. Continuously analyse performance data and provide recommendations for optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Educational background in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role that focused on new product launches and business planning.
• Experience in developing successful go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams toward common goals.
