• Position Title: Senior Business Analyst (Takaful)
• Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to MYR85 Per Hour + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with function SMEs such as those in Shari\'ah accounting to understand outcomes for a product release and translate them into business requirements for Policy, Billing & Claims.
• Product Business Requirements to be developed considering the industry requirements and validated by research.
• Take ownership while working in a SAFe Agile model with business users.
• Present and highlight features in product demos to a wider audience/customer.
• Requirements to be documented as features & user stories for the corresponding feature. Additional details including end-to-end business scenarios, user interface mock-ups, and integration points should be included as collaterals.
• Develop and document functional specifications and use cases.
• Support issue analysis/triaging and provide fixes during test phases, as well as production issue resolution to ensure key Product SLAs are met.
• Maintain strong knowledge of insurance policy administration systems, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Islamic Insurance, preferably with an understanding of Shari\'ah law with respect to Takaful insurance program.
• Experience with COTS Platforms and/or SAFe Agile Development practices and processes.
• Extensive experience in creating complex Excel workbooks, writing macros, or working in programming languages is a plus.
