: Ensuring that KOL content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Relationship Building
: Nurturing long-term relationships with influencers, and identifying opportunities for ongoing collaborations.

BD (Business Development) for TikTok
Sales & Revenue Growth
: Developing BD strategies to meet revenue targets through ad sales, and collaborations.
Identify collaboration opportunities, negotiate terms, develop partnership plans, and drive successful collaborations.
Gather market and competitor insights to guide business development strategies.
Job Requirements :
1+ year of experience in influencer business development, marketing, or influencer partnerships on TikTok or other social and e-commerce platforms, with knowledge of collaboration models and market trends.
Strong network of influencer connections, able to initiate partnerships swiftly and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, understanding both talent and company needs.
Team player with responsibility and resilience to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
