The job you will do: \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be gathering user requirements, analysing needs and challenges and designing creative solutions using our software to meet those requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be writing functional requirement specifications for customisation development by your technical team mates \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be configuring our software to meet user needs and to solve their challenges \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be testing the customisation and configuration of our software based on functional requirements specifications created by you and your team mates to ensure that the software meets the expectations of the users \xe2\x80\xa2 You will train users on using the software, assist them in testing the software and trouble-shoot issues encountered by them \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be coaching one or two juniors to build their business analysis and testing skill sets \xe2\x80\xa2 You will work in a team to implement, deploy and support the software for clients to achieve a successful and on-time roll-out \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be expected to adhere to and improve our project implementation standards and best practices The person you need to be: \xe2\x80\xa2 You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering or Computer Science \xe2\x80\xa2 You have worked in a business analyst or systems analyst role for a minimum of 2 years \xe2\x80\xa2 You must be able to comprehend and construct advanced SQL for data queries and manipulation \xe2\x80\xa2 You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 You should have a good command of English and be able to communicate in writing and present well in the language \xe2\x80\xa2 You must be self-motivated, able to adapt to changes and able to work under pressure in a project setting \xe2\x80\xa2 You should be willing to acquire the domain knowledge of banking so as to understand the business of our customers and appreciate their needs and the challenges they face \xe2\x80\xa2 You should be a team player and have good interpersonal skills to work well with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels
