• To have in depth understanding of organization business model and linkage between individual products and provide holistic analytics supports.
• To manage overall BI platform development and maintenance.
• To design, develop, and optimize scalable analytics and data reporting implementation to help business navigate decisions.
• Work independently, resourcefully while also being a good team player.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Design, develop and manage BI solutions such as data models and dashboards to support data driven decision making.
• Support and guide business stakeholders for KPIs and reports for departmental and organization-wide performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across organizations to understand analytics needs and design data analytics solution.
• Design, develop and provide reports, visualizations, and presentation to communicate strategic findings to stakeholders.
• Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to discover insights that support business growth.
• Identify opportunities for processes and strategies improvement with data driven insights.
• Design and governs documentation on business requirements, design, and user manual for organization.
• Design, develop and implement overall Business Intelligence strategy.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• Familiarity with financial and banking products.
• Strong command in SQL and simple analytics tools such as Excel.
• Experience building data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik to create visualization and reports.
• Experience in dashboard UI/UX design.
• Strong command in data storytelling and experience presenting insights to management.
• Collaborating with a diverse set of engineers, data scientists, product managers, and management
• Familiarity with data science techniques and frameworks
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
