In this role, you will manage the procurement of indirect materials and services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers while maintaining budgets and accurate records.

Responsibilities
:
Manage the procurement of indirect materials and services such as office supplies, maintenance, equipment, and utilities.
Identify and evaluate suppliers for non-production materials to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and establish budget guidelines.
Monitor and control expenses related to indirect procurement to remain within budget limits.
Coordinate vendor registration processes and documentation.
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations based on quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, delivery delays, and performance concerns.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts for both direct and indirect materials.
Partner with supply chain and production teams to monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment schedules.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production requirements while preventing overstock or shortages.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to forecast material demand and develop supply plans aligned with production schedules.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
Prepare and update procurement reports covering inventory status, order progress, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
Provide management with regular updates on procurement activities and material availability.
Liaise with production, quality control, and finance teams to ensure timely material supply and address related issues.
Participate in meetings to discuss material requirements, production schedules, and cost optimization initiatives.
Communicate with suppliers regarding order details, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
Ensure clear and consistent communication to prevent supply chain disruptions.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing function, preferably in the pharmaceutical or foods manufacturing industry.
Expertise in inventory management, materials control, analytics and supplier management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders..
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in any ERP systems (e.g. Oracle / SAP or etc).
