In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Procurement Manager in daily activities and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Purchase all requested items from the production plant, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing and lead times, and achieving cost reduction on assigned items. Source reliable goods and services, ensuring compliance with Company guidelines and requirements. Manage procurement and logistics for specific assigned category items. Interact with external and internal customers, suppliers, and officials. Collaborate with Global and Regional Procurement Teams. Ensure timely issuance of forecasts and purchase orders. Ensure materials/services are delivered according to specifications. Participate in relevant procurement items and services. Generate monthly reports. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time. Requirements: Minimum Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related fields. 3 to 4 years of experience in handling MRO/indirect material procurement, especially with contractors. Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) to effectively communicate with Chinese suppliers. Experience in dealing with on-site contractors in a plant environment.
